How to convert PDF to Word
- Choose the PDF to convert.
- Click Convert to Word.
- Download the DOCX file and edit it in Word, Google Docs or LibreOffice.
Will the layout look exactly the same?
Text, images and simple layouts carry over well. Pages with complex designs may come out as text boxes, which you can still edit.
Does it work with scanned PDFs?
Not yet. A scanned PDF is a picture of a page with no real text inside. Scanned-document OCR is coming soon.
Is it safe to upload my files?
Files are sent over an encrypted connection, processed on our servers and deleted automatically after 1 hour. You can also delete them right after downloading.
Do I need to sign up?
No. This tool is free to use without an account.
