We want you to be happy with DociKit Pro. If it isn't right for you, here's how refunds work.

14-day money-back guarantee

You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of any payment (your first payment or a renewal), for any reason. Email connect@docikit.com from the address on your account, or reply to your receipt. You don't need to explain why, although feedback helps us improve.

After 14 days

Payments older than 14 days are not normally refunded. You can cancel at any time to stop future payments; Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method, through our payment provider. Banks usually show them within 5–10 business days. When a refund is issued, Pro features end on that account.

Service problems

If a fault on our side stopped you using Pro for a significant time, contact us even after 14 days and we'll make it right with a refund or extra Pro time.
