Delete your DociKit account

You can delete your DociKit account and its data at any time, in the DociKit app or on the website.

  1. Log in to DociKit, in the app or at docikit.com.
  2. Open Account.
  3. Choose Delete account, type your email address and confirm with Delete my account.

Go to my account

What is deleted: your name, email address, password, plan, saved workflows and our records of your payments. Files you upload are always deleted automatically after 1 hour, with or without an account.

Payment providers (such as Paddle or Safepay) keep their own records of payments for as long as the law requires.

Can't log in? Email connect@docikit.com from your account's email address, and we will delete the account within 30 days.
